01Acceptance of these terms

By visiting cranky.do or using any product operated by Cranky Digital SRL ("Cranky", "we") — including but not limited to CrankyUP, CrankyHost, RIEMSA, steal.lat and CrankyCards — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

02Scope & brands

These Terms apply across all Cranky-operated brands. Some brands may publish additional terms specific to their service on their own domain — those supplemental terms control where they conflict with this document, but only inside that brand's scope.

03Your account

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. That means:

• Keep your password safe. Use a unique one. Use 2FA where available.
• Notify us immediately at security@cranky.do if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Don't share your account or sell access. One person per account.
• Provide accurate information — name, email, billing details. Update them when they change.

We reserve the right to suspend any account where the information provided appears false, fraudulent or shared across multiple users.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to use any Cranky service to:

• Break any applicable law (yours, ours, or third-party platforms').
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
• Send spam, phishing, malware, or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with our infrastructure, security or rate limits.
• Resell or rebadge our services without an explicit reseller agreement (CrankyUP has an official program — see crankyup.com).
• Use our hosting services to mine cryptocurrency, run open relays, or host content prohibited by Dominican law (child exploitation, terrorism, etc.).

05Orders & payments

Each Cranky brand publishes its own catalog and pricing. By placing an order you agree to:

1. Pay the price displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.
2. Use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use.
3. Receive the digital or physical product described on the order page, subject to delivery times stated.

Accepted methods vary by brand and may include: Mercado Pago, OXXO, Cryptomus, USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin, Payeer, Perfect Money, and bank transfers. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Exchange-rate movements between order and capture are absorbed by us up to 2%; beyond that the order may be re-quoted or canceled with full refund.

07Intellectual property

Everything you see on cranky.do and our brand domains — names, logos, copy, design, code — belongs to Cranky Digital SRL or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or rebrand any of it without written permission. Exceptions:

• You may link to our pages with proper attribution.
• Press may use our logos and screenshots for editorial coverage. press@cranky.do for high-res assets.
• Resellers under an official agreement use our marks per that agreement.

08User content

Anything you upload, post or send through our services ("User Content") remains yours. By using our services you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit and display your User Content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not break the law or anyone's rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or threatens our infrastructure, with notice where practical.

09Third-party platforms

Several Cranky products interact with third-party platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Roblox, Garena Free Fire, etc.). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the third party's own terms.

Cranky cannot guarantee continued compatibility with any third-party platform. If a platform changes its policies and we have to discontinue a feature, we will provide notice and prorated refunds where applicable.

10Disclaimer of warranties

Cranky services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do our best to keep things running, but we don't warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation of any service.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Cranky's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of any service is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months for that service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility.

12Suspension & termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting the relevant brand's support team. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, in which case any unused balance will be refunded subject to fraud and chargeback review.

13Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be brought before the competent courts of Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

Before escalating to courts, we kindly ask you to email legal@cranky.do — the vast majority of disputes get resolved within a week.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on cranky.do and via email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
